Who is PIQELLE for?
Anyone who wants simple, gentle care that works. Many of our formulas are made with young, blemish-prone skin in mind, and our weight-loss care range supports skin and hair during weight loss.
Where are PIQELLE formulas made?
In a cosmetic manufacturing facility certified to ISO 22716 and good manufacturing practice (GMP). The manufacturer's details are printed on every pack.
Are PIQELLE products tested on animals?
No. PIQELLE products are not tested on animals.

Can I buy directly from piqelle.com?
Not at the moment. We sell through trusted retailers, so delivery, payment and returns are handled by the store you choose.

How do I return a product?
Returns follow the policy of the store you bought from, so contact them first. If a product arrived damaged or you have a quality concern, tell us too, with the batch (LOT) number from the pack.

Are all PIQELLE formulas fragrance-free?
Yes. No PIQELLE formula contains added fragrance.
Where can I see the full ingredient list?
On every product page, under Ingredients, and on the pack.
What does the "complex" on each pack mean?
It is the group of key ingredients that does the main work in that formula. Each product page explains what each key ingredient is there to do.
Are PIQELLE formulas suitable for sensitive skin?
Every formula is dermatologist tested and fragrance-free. If your skin is sensitive, try a little on your inner arm for 24 hours before using a new product on your face.
Using PIQELLE
Which formulas should I use?
Take our five-question routine quiz for a simple morning and evening routine.
In what order do I apply them?
Cleanse, then tone, then moisturize. In the morning, finish with sunscreen.
When will I see a difference?
Cleansers and moisturizers feel different from the first use. Give targeted care, such as blemish or scalp care, four to six weeks of regular use.
Can I use PIQELLE while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Please check with your doctor first, and take the pack with you so they can see the full ingredient list.
Safety
What should I do if I have a reaction?
Stop using the product and rinse with water. If the reaction is severe, see a doctor straight away. Then tell us, with the product name and the batch (LOT) number from the pack, so we can follow up.
How long does a product last once opened?
Look for the open-jar symbol on the pack. The number next to it, such as 12M, is how many months the product stays at its best after opening.
How should I store PIQELLE?
In a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, with the cap closed.
